När du bokar gäller följande hos oss
Vi tar endast bokningar av minimum 2 nätter i varje rumskategori.
OBS! Att detta boende har delat badrum, gästtoalett samt pentry.
När du bokat så får du av oss per e-post en bokningsbekräftelse,
betalningsinformation samt incheckningsinstruktioner. Vänligen läs igenom dessa noggrant
och återkom snarast om något är oklart eller felaktigt. Detta är viktigt då vi vill att
din vistelse blir så lyckad som möjligt.
Booking and cancellation policy
We only take bookings of a minimum of 2 nights in each room category.
NOTE! This accommodation has a shared bathroom, guest toilet and kitchen.
When you book, you will receive an e-mail or a message on your mobile with confirmation, payment
information and check-in instructions. Please read these carefully and return to us if something is unclear
or incorrect. It is important to us that you will have an enjoyable and successful stay.
Förskottsbetalning
Vårt boende skall alltid förskottsbetalas till Wulfcrona Recidense AB,
Korsgatan 6B, SE-621 57 Visby. Detta går bra att betala med Swish till 073-878 80 15
eller via bankgiro 5033-9761.
Skicka en kopia på betalningen till wresidence@icloud.com
Advance payment and information
Our accommodation must always be paid in advance. Wulfcrona Recidense AB, Korsgatan 6B,
SE-621 57 Visby. You can choose to pay by Swish, use number 073-878 80 15,
by Bankgiro 5033-9761. For our bank details, please call or send a message.
Send a copy of the payment to wresidence@icloud.com
Våra avbokningsregler
Vid avbokning gäller följande regler hos oss:
- Avbokning fram till 1 månad innan ankomst återbetalas 75%
- Avbokning efter 1 månad och fram till 2 veckor innan ankomst 50%
- Avbokning efter 2 veckor ingen återbetalning.
- Avbokning ska skickas per e-post till wresidence@icloud.com
- En avbokningsbekräftelse skickas med vändande e-post när vi mottagit din avbokning.
Our cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following rules apply to us:
- Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival is refunded 75%
- Cancellation after 1 month and up to 2 weeks before arrival 50%
- Cancellation after 2 weeks - No refund.
- Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to wresidence@icloud.com
- A cancellation confirmation will be sent by email when we receive your cancellation.
